Andrew Jacobson took a spill out at Cloudbreak a couple of years back that had the surf world trembling… With his knee pretty much facing the wrong direction entirely, it was unclear what the recovery would look like and how long it would take for him to come back. Two years later and he’s out there rocking a knee brace going backside on one of the heaviest slabs around (opening wave of the film).
